Handmade matters. Think beyond products like cups, quilts, and clothes. Remember services and experiences can be handmadeas well. Think health services, outdoor experiences, teaching, and counseling.
Usefulness matters. These goods, services and experiences fulfill a function. Remember its not enough to be useful temporarily. Usefulness extends over time.
